Introduction to the New Business Paradigm

More and more entrepreneurs are realizing that a new direction in business is crucial.

Quality of life for all has become a priority, for employees and employers alike. It’s time to slow down from the hectic pace we’re currently living in, and take full advantage of life and what’s already present and available, right now.

What if you started to realize that all the resources required to grow your business are already available? Whether we’re talking about time, money, collaborators, creativity, suppliers or anything else. It’s all available right now… you just need to make yourself accessible to it.

In the company of visionary entrepreneurs who have chosen to integrate this new paradigm into their businesses, and who have agreed to create an incubator for new business processes, we are delighted to collaborate in the emergence of a new work environment, fostering harmonious relationships, staff full of vitality and individual, collective and corporate prosperity.

The true nature of contribution is to offer and receive simultaneously! Contributing from the heart is very different from contributing out of obligation. This new paradigm invites us to change the way we interpret the essence of contribution.

The contribution of the heart requires a peaceful, harmonious and light state of being. When everyone carries out their daily activities at work in such a state of being, whatever the circumstances, the results that emerge are invariably infused with these attributes. The resulting products or services are automatically more vibrant and inspiring for customers.

This new paradigm enables us to become aware of the vibrational signal present in every human being.

By becoming aware of our invisible vibrational signal, we are able to change its frequency and thereby change the concrete elements that make up our daily lives – whether in terms of harmony in our relationships, physical and mental vitality to accomplish our projects, or prosperity in all areas, including our finances.

Let’s take the example of an invisible thought that is subject to the negative and positive frequencies of the polarized hemispheres of the brain. This thought frequently oscillates between the two, very often creating confusion and doubt, manifesting itself in concrete events in our lives, which seem to vindicate the doubt.

However, when this same thought vibrates at the frequency of the qualities of the heart, such as love, appreciation, peace and lightness, it will manifest events representing these qualities in our lives.

By choosing to make the journey from the head to the heart, we become conscious cocreators rather than sufferers of external conditions, and our vibrational signal has a greater reach, both for ourselves and for those around us.

To give you an overview of the shift towards the new paradigm, here’s a list of 10 essential elements. These topics offer a dynamic and inspiring platform for discussion, so that we can integrate this new paradigm with clarity, fluidity and lightness.

1. Provide a work environment that is conducive to a head-to-heart journey, for both you and your employees.

Giving employees the opportunity to take regular breathing breaks, at least 3 times a day during working hours, significantly increases efficiency.

We suggest using the 4 Breathing Techniques, which you can find free of charge in the Client Area.

What’s more, organizing lunches or short meetings to share the journey from head to heart offers many advantages, whether in small or larger groups. A sense of complicity develops between colleagues, creating rich exchanges and more harmonious, friendly relations.

2. Harmonize working relationships.

Give everyone the opportunity to express themselves in a non-judgmental environment, creating a calm and open space for honest and caring communication.

Everyone has the power to CHOOSE to go into “response” mode, which involves taking a step back and taking a breath, instead of reacting automatically and impulsively.

Harmonizing means creating clear, fluid communication between head and heart.

3. Encouraging natural staff performance.

Emphasizing the unique contribution of each individual reduces pressure and dissolves competition. By putting uniqueness first, competition becomes irrelevant. It’s impossible to compare “uniquenesses”, because if they’re unique, they’re incomparable.

What’s more, offering employees the opportunity to occupy vibrant positions where they can express their creativity fosters natural performance, rather than that which comes with strenuous, nerve-draining effort.

By choosing to release performance pressure for all staff, a new avenue opens up, automatically offering new channels for inspiration and creativity.

4. Understand the impact of each person’s vibrational signal.

Explore the idea that every human has his or her own vibrational signal and that we are all conscious or unconscious cocreators. We cocreate with our vibrational signal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The vibrational signal is made up of memories, mental archives, crystallized emotions, the 5 senses and the qualities of the heart. It brings all these elements together and generates a unique signal for each human being, acting as a transmitter-receiver, like radio or cellular frequencies.

Consciously choosing to practice feeling the Qualities of the Heart, such as love, joy, peace, appreciation, courage, lightness, compassion, wonder and care, opens the way to greater harmony, vitality and prosperity.

5. Become aware of the impact of judgment and choose Compassion and Appreciation.

Recognize the devastating impact of judgment on ourselves and others, and practice non-judgment by connecting to the power of compassion, which recognizes the situation as it is, without judgments or expectations.

Compassion is love in action and it allows us to recognize the situation as it is. There is no associated judgment. It invites us to live in complete freedom. As long as there is judgment or fear of judgment, we are not free.

Please note that there is an important distinction to consider between judgment and fact. When there is judgment, the object of that judgment disturbs us, whereas when we watch, we simply see the facts, without judging them, and they have no impact on our state of being.

What’s more, cultivating an appreciation of each moment, without judgment, brings a sense of well-being, which in turn offers us a more pleasant and prosperous life.

6. Introduce the use of the Cycle of Creation and its 4 quadrants in all projects to increase productivity and profitability.

Initiate the introduction of the Cycle of Creation chart by being aware of the impact of beliefs and emotions on all projects, circulating them through its 4 quadrants: ReceiveDecodeShareManifest.

Absolutely everything on the planet passes through this Cycle of Creation, whether it’s nature itself, a project, the construction of a building, the writing of a book or simply the birth of a child.

Here’s a brief overview of the 4 quadrants:

Receive
Just as the earth RECEIVES seed in spring, we receive inspiration to cocreate various projects.

Decode
Once the seed is firmly planted in the soil, it begins to germinate. Germination is the result of DECODING, which occurs naturally when the soil has sufficient water and nutrients in the form of fertilizer. As humans, decoding means letting inspiration germinate, so that we can write down the essence of the project in a few clear sentences.

Share
Sharing represents the emergence of a tiny stem that we see growing. At this stage, the stem emerging from the earth is fragile. It can easily be trampled underfoot. It’s the same for us. We can feel vulnerable when we share our inspirations. That’s why it’s important to breathe deeply and have sufficient clarity before SHARING.

Manifest
The stem has become a flower, shrub, vegetable, fruit or other element of nature. This is the quadrant of maturity. MANIFESTATION is the quadrant where we see the fruition of the project – or part of the project. It’s a time for celebration, recognition and festivity.

8. Establish a new approach to recognition in the workplace.

Changing current practices from recognition-reward to recognition-contribution offers a more neutral platform for everyone to contribute in their own unique way, rather than having to perform in a specific sector of activity.

In this way, everyone’s vibrational signal is recognized and acknowledged, rather than standardizing recognition according to selective criteria.

Here are a few examples of the elements taken into consideration – in addition to the specific tasks of the position held – to create your recognition-contribution plan:

9. Integrate and apply the Equation of Lightness.

Ensure that communications are clear to open the way for fluidity. If there’s a lack of clarity, contractions will follow. When everything is clear, fluidity is present and opens the way to lightness.

Most conflicts or misunderstandings are due to a lack of clarity. Many people assume that their communications are clear when, in fact, they are perceived in a different way, creating distortion in requests or demands.
