The Dissolution of Crystallized Emotions

Utopia or Reality?

by Sylvie Olivier

From our earliest childhood, we have learned certain patterns, belief systems, and behaviors. For the most part, these are defense mechanisms put in place to ensure our survival and to be loved.

With every experience we have had, our mind has interpreted that experience, classified it as either positive or negative, and reacted in the form of an emotion. That emotion and our interpretation then crystallized within our body.

Know that it is entirely possible to dissolve the disharmony created by crystallized emotions, to vibrate at optimal health, enjoy healthy relationships, and contribute to the success of all our projects.

Many people believe they can be different at work and at home and say they leave their worries at the door before entering. However, it is impossible to split our vibrational signal in two. We are energy transmitters and receivers. It is therefore an illusion to perpetuate this belief. Sooner or later, we will experience the repercussions.

In many cases, we have less and less energy and more and more stress that settles in different parts of our body. Confusion and a kind of numbness give way to mental clarity, or our emotions go on a rollercoaster ride. Know that these states of being greatly influence what we call our vibrational signal.

Vibrational Signal

Our vibrational signal is composed of all the patterns stored within us since our earliest childhood, and even before our birth. It is in constant motion. Our signal emits vibrations and receives them ceaselessly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The beauty, however, is that our vibrational signal is also composed of the powerful qualities of our heart, which vibrate at a high frequency. It is therefore the union of these qualities of the heart, the mental archives, and crystallized emotions—whether we want it or not.

Exercice: Consciousness Pause

When something happens in your life and you realize that things aren’t fluid, we invite you to take a pause and do the following exercise:

  1. Close your eyes.
  2. Place your hands on your heart.
  3. Take the time to feel the emotions present in your body.
  4. Let them flow as you breathe deeply.
  5. Give yourself permission to truly feel the emotion in all its intensity, free from any judgment or interpretation.
  6. Continue breathing into this emotion until it dissolves completely or until its intensity significantly diminishes.

By not judging the emotion as positive or negative, you simply experience it as ONE experience.

Of course, the opportunity to take a pause to do this exercise may be postponed to a later time. Everything is perfect… If that’s the case, here’s another temporary suggestion to lighten your state of being and allow you to continue your day.

Exercice: Micro Pause

As soon as you realize you’re not feeling well:

  1. Take a 20–30-second micro-pause.
  2. Bring your attention to your heart area (even if you don’t feel it).
  3. Breathe in deeply through your nose.
  4. Breathe out as if you were blowing out a candle.
  5. Repeat this breathing exercise a few times.

This breathing exercise assists your mind and body release excess tension and let go of the stress lodged within your body. It guides your mind and body back to a state of calm so you can continue with your activities.

That said, whenever you have the opportunity, we invite you to take a Consciousness Pause (previous exercise) to dissolve crystallized emotions.

In Conclusion

This experience may seem utopian and unattainable. However, know that your heart’s electromagnetic field is 5,000 times more powerful than that of your brain.

Remember that you will feel much calmer and more serene, much like in the eye of a tornado, even if the atmosphere around you is rather chaotic. The more you experience the dissolution of crystallized emotions, the more you reconnect with the feelings flowing within you. Feelings are generated in complete neutrality by the heart, whereas emotions are a construct of the right hemisphere of the brain.

Even though feelings are neutral, we feel them deeply, and they always bring their share of joy, peace, appreciation, and lightness—unlike emotions, which are polarized and conditional on external circumstances.

Many people feel that a life lived in neutrality must be insignificant and “dull,” as we say in everyday language. The reality is quite different… we feel sensations with much greater intensity, and they fill us from within!

Let’s raise a toast to the dissolution of emotions!
