Recognizing the difference between <\/span><\/i>believing, hoping, and acknowledging
<\/i><\/b>to finally feel what does not waver.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In the turmoil of the world, three words often intersect: <\/span>Faith<\/b>, <\/span>Trust<\/b>, and <\/span>Certainty<\/b>. They may seem interchangeable. However, each points to a very distinct inner reality. One is rooted in hope. Another in effort, and the last… in Presence.<\/span><\/p>\n

This exploration is not intended to teach you anything.<\/span> It simply brings you back to what you already carry within you<\/b>. To what you have always known. To what is waiting to be recognized, without veil or condition.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Faith: turning to the invisible while believing oneself to be small<\/b><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Faith<\/b> is born of<\/span> belief<\/b>. A <\/span>form of dependence<\/b> on \u201csomething greater than oneself.\u201d This can be noble, even touching. That said, deep down, <\/span>faith often carries with it an attitude: that of smallness<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

You pray. You hope. You surrender to a <\/span>force perceived as all-powerful<\/b>. And in this surrender, you may <\/span>forget that you are a powerful Cocreator<\/b>. That you are waiting and placing your own power in external hands.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is not a matter of rejecting faith. But of <\/span>recognizing what it reflects<\/b>: a sincere attempt to connect, while kneeling before the connection itself.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Confidence: believing that your will will make things happen<\/b><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In the <\/span>current paradigm<\/b>, confidence is often perceived as a <\/span>mental or emotional quality<\/b>. You say to yourself, \u201cI am confident that this will work.\u201d Then you roll up your sleeves. You act with <\/span>the will to succeed<\/b>. You push your limits with effort. And you build by making things happen, your way.<\/span><\/p>\n

Confidence here is based on your ability to accomplish<\/b>. It seems more active than faith, but it is <\/span>often just as polarized<\/b>. Because if things don’t go as planned, confidence crumbles.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is conditional. It depends on results, proof, control. It can be beautiful, but it requires a lot of energy, because it rests on your shoulders and you have to \u201cmake it happen\u201d in order to succeed, no matter what.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Certainty: the frequency of the Heart that does not doubt<\/b><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Certainty does not come from the mind<\/b>. It is not based on belief and is not acquired through effort.<\/span><\/p>\n

Certainty<\/b>, in the sense of the Heart, is a vibrant silence. It does not say \u201cI believe\u201d or \u201cI hope\u201d \u2013 it <\/span>recognizes in a vibrational sense<\/b>. It is an inner alignment that does not waver; it is unshakeable, even when everything around it is shaking.<\/span><\/p>\n

Certainty <\/b>does not seek proof or guarantees. It does not project anything into the future. It <\/span>recognizes<\/b> what is already true, here and now. It therefore does not depend on the outside world because it needs nothing.<\/span><\/p>\n

It emanates from the connection with the <\/span>Essence<\/b>… far beyond any mystical belief. It manifests a natural, rediscovered state of being.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Feeling the Frequency of Certainty<\/b><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Please note that this exercise is not intended to \u201ccreate\u201d certainty. It is<\/span> already present and available to you<\/b>. It is simply a matter of removing what masks it.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Sit<\/b> comfortably.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Breathe<\/b> deeply.<\/span>
    <\/span>You don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to succeed at anything.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n
  3. Gently <\/span>ask yourself<\/b> this question:<\/span>
    <\/span>\u201cWhat do I recognize, without doubt, without words, without proof?\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n
  4. Don’t look for an answer<\/b>. Listen to the silence that follows.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Stay there, present and available, simply to feel what does not move.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This exercise creates an opening to simplicity<\/b>. What you feel here\u2014this calm, this lack of expectation\u2014is Certainty. It does not speak. It is <\/span>present, available, and accessible at all times<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Faith, Trust, Certainty.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Each has its place in the human journey. None is false. But only the last one <\/span>does not fluctuate<\/b>. It cannot be learned. It is <\/span>recognized<\/b>. And in this recognition, separation dissolves.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The Certainty of the Heart denies nothing. It includes everything, without losing itself.<\/span><\/p>\n

    It is Presence before words.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Truth before stories.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Peace… without conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n
