As human beings, our <\/span>relationship with time<\/b> profoundly influences the way we<\/span> live, feel, and cocreate<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Often, without even questioning it, we move forward within a <\/span>linear structure<\/b>: we look back to understand and forward to guide our choices. This way of perceiving time provides a framework, it\u2019s true\u2026 but it can also<\/span> greatly limit our access to what is truly present and vibrant<\/b>!<\/span><\/p>

There is<\/span> another way to encounter time<\/b> that is not in opposition to what we know\u2026 that is part of a broader vision.<\/span><\/p>

When this opening occurs, something naturally reorganizes itself:<\/span><\/p>

The past ceases to be a fixed reference.<\/span><\/i>
<\/span><\/i>The future ceases to be a projection to be reached.<\/span><\/i>
<\/span><\/i>The present fully inhabits its space.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

Here is an invitation to experience time differently\u2026<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We have learned to see time as a line.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

How does the past fit into linear time?<\/span><\/p>

The past IS behind us.<\/span><\/i>
<\/span><\/i>The future IS ahead of us.<\/span><\/i>
<\/span><\/i>And between the two LIES a point we call the present.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

In this perspective, the past becomes a <\/span>reference point<\/b>. We rely on it to understand, to decide, and to anticipate. That said, we base our decisions on<\/span> past experiences, believing they will repeat themselves in the same way<\/b>, over and over again. Without realizing it, we often give the past the <\/span>power to shape what lies ahead<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

If we hold onto the same <\/span>mental archives<\/b> and <\/span>crystallized emotions<\/b>, no matter what choices we make, we will experience similar situations until <\/span>we become aware that another choice lies before us<\/b>\u2026 that of choosing to <\/span>welcome the dissolution of our deeply buried beliefs and emotions<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

THE FUTURE<\/b><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The future, for its part, becomes a <\/span>projection<\/b>\u2026 an attempt to engage in <\/span>cocreating differently<\/b> based on what has already happened.<\/span><\/p>

Unconsciously, we go to <\/span>great lengths<\/b> to ensure we get what we want by trying to <\/span>control our experiences<\/b>. This approach generates <\/span>expectations <\/b>that, for the most part, will never be met and will lead to<\/span> disappointment and frustration<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Dreams, desires, objectives, and all the <\/span>goals to be achieved find themselves trapped in a hypothetical future that profoundly impacts our quality of life<\/b>\u2026 because as long as these points projected into the future have not been realized, we remain in a state of waiting and on pause.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

THE PRESENT<\/b><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

And what about the present in this context of linear time?<\/span><\/p>

It becomes a<\/span> passage<\/b>. A simple <\/span>transition point between what is no longer and what is not yet<\/b>. It is so fleeting that we don\u2019t even have time to truly feel its full power.<\/span><\/p>

What is considered the present in linear time is merely a word of little significance.<\/span><\/p>

That said, when we use linear time as markers to pinpoint specific moments in our schedule, it is useful\u2026 such as, for example, to recognize the <\/span>EXPERIENCES<\/b> of the <\/span>Past<\/b> with full <\/span>CONSCIOUSNESS<\/b> in the <\/span>Present<\/b> and manifest our <\/span>COCREATIONS<\/b> in the <\/span>Future<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When we<\/span> give it our power <\/b>by chasing after it and feeling that we are always <\/span>lacking<\/b>, we become its <\/span>prisoners<\/b>, even its slaves.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
The Heart of the Present<\/b><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

At the center of this line, however, there is a <\/span>living space<\/b>. The present is not a single point.<\/span>
<\/span>It is a<\/span> field of coherence, always in motion<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

A space where nothing is yet fixed, where we are open to experience, without reference or projection.<\/span><\/p>

When we fully settle into it, the <\/span>past ceases to direct us and the future ceases to be an attempt<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Something more <\/span>direct<\/b> emerges: an ability to be, to feel, to cocreate\u2026 without an intermediary.<\/span><\/p>

I would now like to offer you an<\/span> alternative to this linear timeline<\/b> where the present is so subtle and fleeting\u2026<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Circular Time: Including Rather Than Separating<\/b><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

When you draw a circle around this line, a different interpretation becomes possible.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

When we consider circular time, we see that the Present does not disappear as it moves forward or backward\u2026 It <\/span>expands outward from the center<\/b>, to finally inhabit the whole space.<\/span><\/p>

In this way, <\/span>linear time is no longer rejected at the expense of circular time<\/b>\u2026 it is included within it.<\/span><\/p>

The past becomes a memory of experiences, without emotional charge.<\/i><\/b>
<\/i><\/b>The future becomes a potential for cocreation.<\/i><\/b>
<\/i><\/b>And the present becomes the point of origin for all movement in CONSCIOUSNESS.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

In this<\/span> circular vision<\/b>, nothing is fixed. Everything is related, interconnected, and in motion. <\/span>Everything emerges from the same center<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Remember that you no longer endure time when you navigate this circular space. You <\/span>participate in it and contribute from your uniqueness<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The<\/span> linear timeline is fragmented into small compartments<\/b> representing each activity, much like the rows of a spreadsheet generating cells.<\/span>
<\/span>This timeline is<\/span> segmented, organized, and reassuring to the mind<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

The <\/span>circle of circular of time<\/b>, which includes the linear timeline, <\/span>unifies, connects, and includes<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span>This circle <\/span>breathes life back into movement<\/b>\u2026<\/span><\/p>

When you see only the line, <\/span>you<\/b> seek to control<\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span>When you feel the circle,<\/span> you begin to trust<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

The past is no longer a cause.<\/span><\/i>
<\/span><\/i>The future is no longer an expectation.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

The present becomes a space for conscious cocreation.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Take a <\/span>moment of quality time with yourself<\/b>, breathing deeply and more slowly than usual.<\/span><\/p>

  • Imagine a<\/span><\/i> line<\/i><\/b> in front of you.<\/span><\/i>
    <\/span><\/i>To the left, the past. To the right, the future.<\/span><\/i><\/li>
  • Then place your<\/span> attention at the center<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
  • Next, around this line, <\/span>imagine a circle<\/b> that fully includes it.<\/span><\/li>
  • Feel this:<\/span>
    <\/span>The past exists, but it does not define you.<\/span><\/i>
    <\/span><\/i>The future exists, but it does not require effort from you.<\/span><\/i>
    <\/span><\/i>The present is vibrant, open, and available NOW.<\/span><\/i><\/li>
  • Stay in this space for a few moments.<\/span><\/li>
  • Then simply ask yourself this question:<\/span>
    <\/span>\u201cWhat am I cocreating, here, now, without referring to the past?\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/li>
  • Let the answer emerge without forcing it.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    Conclusion<\/b><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Remember that <\/span>you do not have to leave linear time to access circular time<\/b>. You simply have to <\/span>stop giving it all the space and your power<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

    You recognize that it exists within something larger.<\/span><\/p>

    The <\/span>circle does not replace the line<\/b>. It contains it. Isn\u2019t that wonderful?<\/span><\/p>

    And at the center of it all, there is you in the <\/span>Quality of Presence<\/b>\u2026 Not in the process of becoming someone else or something more. But already <\/span>cocreating, from the Present<\/b>, one present moment at a time.<\/span><\/p>

    Remember that however fleeting this moment may be, it remains <\/span>eternal<\/b>\u2026 and it contains all the <\/span>Qualities of the Heart<\/b> that oscillate and vibrate in complete <\/span>freedom and abundance.<\/b><\/p>

    For at the heart of the Present Moment lies eternity and vice versa\u2026 and each present moment expands from within itself, infinitely.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>
