Now that you are <\/span>more aware of the influence of your vibrational frequency<\/b> in your life, as well as that of others in your daily experiences, let\u2019s explore a <\/span>concrete example together.<\/b><\/p>

Since we primarily live in a world where polarity prevails, it is important to realize that you have the choice to <\/span>continue being a victim<\/b> of the back-and-forth between the positive and the negative <\/span>OR<\/b> to begin <\/span>living your experiences from the heart<\/b> in complete neutrality.<\/span><\/p>

At first glance, <\/span>living from the heart<\/b> may seem like a utopia, or even impossible. Many will say, \u201cLife is life, and we can\u2019t change it; we simply have to adapt.\u201d I\u2019d like to offer you another alternative so that you can <\/span>CONSCIOUSLY choose to cocreate your experience at work and at home differently.<\/b><\/p>

As long as you are not aware of the effects that <\/span>default cocreation<\/b> has on your life, you cannot grasp <\/span>the power of CHOICE.<\/b><\/p>

However, <\/span>the depth of the experience of polarity and neutrality, as well as all their ramifications in your life, are very real and tangible.<\/b> It is absolutely <\/span>possible<\/b> to remain in a state of neutrality and embrace a life that is so enriching, prosperous, and fun. <\/span>All it takes is awareness, making different choices, and being \u201cwilling\u201d to open yourself up to receiving \u201cideas\u201d that go beyond your habits and beliefs.<\/b><\/p>

I\u2019d like to share a concrete example from the lives of a woman and a young man that I often recount during workshops or retreats. This experience is <\/span>a reflection of mental archives and crystallized emotions that operate beneath the surface\u2014unconsciously and on autopilot.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Let\u2019s take the example of a <\/span>single mother who drops her children off at daycare in the morning, <\/b>stressed by all of life\u2019s concerns as well as all the tasks she has to complete during the day, both at work and at home. <\/span>Constantly judging herself<\/b> for everything that falls short of her expectations or those of society\u2026 activating the mental archives, which are in fact the beliefs she has accepted, consciously or not, and the emotions crystallized within her, following so much <\/span>restraint to conform<\/b>, once again, to society\u2019s expectations. In doing so, this vibration of <\/span>self-judgment<\/b>, <\/span>discouragement<\/b>, <\/span>powerlessness<\/b>, and even <\/span>anger<\/b> swirls downward and <\/span>creates experiences of limitations, constrictions, obstacles, and difficulties.<\/b><\/p>

On the other hand, let\u2019s consider a <\/span>young man, also stressed<\/b> by his lifestyle, his uncertainties and his unanswered questions, <\/span>using speed<\/b> to satisfy his need for adrenaline and to counter a frustration and a sense of rebellion that are constantly simmering beneath the surface. For his part, he <\/span>judges himself very harshly<\/b>\u2026 even if he doesn\u2019t share this openly. He is regularly told by his loved ones or by society that he <\/span>will not succeed in life<\/b>, that he <\/span>is not responsible<\/b> and therefore that he <\/span>does not deserve the success<\/b> he so desires. These thoughts create emotions within him that he tries to push away, but without success, hence his <\/span>need to escape through speed,<\/b> for example. Of course, other ways to relieve the pressure can also be used, such as <\/span>alcohol<\/b> and <\/span>drugs<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

So one morning, <\/span>they\u2019re both on the road<\/b> in different areas, without necessarily knowing each other, feeling the weight of the stress caused by this <\/span>daily self-judgment<\/b> that grows heavier and heavier\u2026 and at some point, <\/span>their paths cross and they collide.<\/b><\/p>

What is most people\u2019s first reaction? To view the woman as a victim of the situation and the young man as a reckless fool, isn\u2019t it? Whereas, on a vibrational level, <\/span>they met during an energetic rendezvous.<\/b> Indeed, in a polarized system of attraction and repulsion, <\/span>molecules vibrating at the same frequency inevitably meet.<\/b> So when these two beings found themselves on the road at the same time and their vibrational signals emitted a similar vibration\u2026 they met, quite simply, <\/span>in the form of a collision,<\/b> which itself also vibrated at a similar frequency. That\u2019s what I call <\/span>an energetic rendezvous<\/b>!<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You have the choice to continue living your life on autopilot, without asking too many questions and manifesting situations that are beyond your control\u2014like the collision between the woman and the young man\u2014or to choose to be a <\/span>Conscious Cocreator<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

I propose an <\/span>approach of neutrality<\/b> that stems from the <\/span>connection to the heart<\/b>, which is <\/span>far more powerful<\/b> than that offered by the brain. Although the prevailing view would have us believe that the heart is weak, the opposite is actually true.<\/span><\/p>

Did you know that the electromagnetic field surrounding the heart is 5,000 times more powerful than that of the brain?<\/i><\/b><\/p>

How to choose to live from the heart<\/b> is a question I\u2019m often asked.<\/span><\/p>

Well, to start, it\u2019s very important to <\/span>acknowledge where you are and embrace it<\/b> by allowing yourself to <\/span>feel<\/b> the various emotions that rise to the surface and, above all, to <\/span>BREATHE<\/b> through the different sensations. There\u2019s no point in trying to push yourself further and feeling disappointed with your current situation. This way of thinking keeps you trapped in polarity.<\/span><\/p>

Living in polarity means pushing away with all your might the invisible part that we consider negative, even trying to convince ourselves that it has no influence on our lives.<\/b> This part is created by the beliefs, emotions and behaviors <\/span>we\u2019ve learned to survive.<\/b> Even if we try to deny them, push them away, or avoid them, they will always be present and will have a major impact on every aspect of our lives. We will have to make constant efforts to survive in a competitive world.<\/span><\/p>

Living in neutrality means embracing EVERYTHING that is, without judging an experience as positive or negative.<\/b> It is to encounter all the experiences life presents. It is to live with the curiosity of a child, while possessing the maturity of a fully conscious adult. It is to open oneself to a life of complete freedom, lightness, simplicity, fluidity, and abundance in absolutely every aspect of our lives. <\/span>What is required to live this lifestyle is the courage to dive into the unknown, to experiment, to see, to feel, to hear new ideas and to put them into practice so that we can experience them for ourselves.<\/b>

A Slice of Life from Conscious Cocreators<\/b><\/h5>

In the previous example, the woman could very well have the same kind of experiences but <\/span>without judging herself, by being completely open and compassionate toward herself.<\/b> This would generate experiences vibrating at a higher frequency\u2026 transforming her lifestyle by offering her opportunities for <\/span>freedom<\/b>, <\/span>lightness<\/b>, <\/span>simplicity<\/b> and <\/span>flow<\/b> in every aspect of her life.<\/span><\/p>

The same goes for the young man\u2026 even while regularly hearing judgments about his future and his abilities, by diving into the neutrality of his heart, he could access <\/span>compassion for himself.<\/b> He would be much more <\/span>peaceful<\/b> and <\/span>in harmony<\/b> and <\/span>would no longer need to use speed<\/b> as an escape from excessive pressure.<\/span><\/p>

In this space of neutrality,<\/b> we no longer speak of polarized energetic encounters but rather of <\/span>welcoming all the resources the Universe makes available to you.<\/b><\/p>

You can now see that the experiences lived within this neutrality lead us ever more toward light, fluid, harmonious and abundant experiences, for <\/span>this is the very nature of the Universe<\/b>, and we open ourselves to receiving <\/span>EVERYTHING<\/b>, and thus to <\/span>CONSCIOUS COCREATION\u2026<\/b><\/p>
