From our earliest childhood, we have learned certain <\/span>patterns<\/i><\/b>, <\/span>belief systems, and behaviors<\/b>. For the most part, these are <\/span>defense mechanisms<\/b> put in place to ensure our survival and to be loved.<\/span><\/p>

With every experience we have had, our mind has interpreted that experience, classified it as either <\/span>positive<\/b> or <\/span>negative<\/b>, and reacted in the form of an <\/span>emotion<\/b>. That emotion and our interpretation then <\/span>crystallized within our body<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Know that it is entirely possible to <\/span>dissolve the disharmony<\/b> created by crystallized emotions, to <\/span>vibrate at optimal health<\/b>, enjoy healthy relationships, and contribute to the success of all our projects.<\/span><\/p>

Many people believe they can be different at work and at home and say they leave their worries at the door before entering. However, it is <\/span>impossible to split our vibrational signal<\/b> in two. We are <\/span>energy transmitters and receivers<\/b>. It is therefore an illusion to perpetuate this belief. Sooner or later, we will experience the repercussions.<\/span><\/p>

In many cases, we have<\/span> less and less energy and more and more stress<\/b> that settles in different parts of our body. Confusion and a kind of <\/span>numbness <\/b>give way to <\/span>mental clarity<\/b>, or our emotions go on a <\/span>rollercoaster ride<\/b>. Know that these states of being greatly influence what we call our <\/span>vibrational signal<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our <\/span>vibrational signal is composed of all the patterns stored within us since our earliest childhood<\/b>, and even before our birth. It is in constant motion. Our signal emits vibrations and receives them ceaselessly <\/span>24 hours a day, 7 days a week<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

The beauty, however, is that our <\/span>vibrational signal is also composed of the powerful qualities of our heart<\/b>, which vibrate at a high frequency. It is therefore the union of these qualities of the heart, the mental archives, and crystallized emotions\u2014whether we want it or not.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

When something happens in your life and you realize that things aren\u2019t fluid, we invite you to <\/span>take a pause<\/b> and <\/span>do the following exercise<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>

  1. Close<\/b> your eyes.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Place your hands<\/b> on your heart.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Take the time to<\/span> feel the emotions present<\/b> in your body.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Let them<\/span> flow as you breathe<\/b> deeply.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Give yourself permission to<\/span> truly feel the emotion<\/b> in all its intensity, free from any judgment or interpretation.<\/span><\/li>
  6. Continue breathing<\/b> into this emotion until it dissolves completely or until its intensity significantly diminishes.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    By not judging the emotion as positive or negative, you simply experience it as ONE experience.<\/i><\/b><\/p>

    Of course, the opportunity to take a pause to do this exercise may be postponed to a later time. Everything is perfect\u2026 If that\u2019s the case, <\/span>here\u2019s another temporary suggestion<\/b> to lighten your state of being and allow you to continue your day.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    As soon as you realize <\/span>you\u2019re not feeling well<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>

    1. Take a 20\u201330-second <\/span>micro-pause<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
    2. Bring your attention to <\/span>your heart area<\/b> (even if you don\u2019t feel it).<\/span><\/li>
    3. Breathe in<\/b> deeply through your nose.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Breathe out<\/b> as if you were blowing out a candle.<\/span><\/li>
    5. Repeat this breathing exercise a <\/span>few times<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      This breathing exercise assists <\/span>your mind and body release excess tension<\/b> and let go of the stress lodged within your body. It guides your mind and body back to a state of <\/span>calm<\/b> so you can continue with your activities.<\/span><\/p>

      That said, whenever you have the opportunity, we invite you to take a Consciousness Pause (previous exercise) to dissolve crystallized emotions.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      In Conclusion<\/b><\/h5>

      This experience may seem utopian and unattainable. However, know that your <\/span>heart\u2019s electromagnetic field is 5,000 times more powerful than that of your brain<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

      Remember that you will <\/span>feel much calmer and more serene<\/b>, much like in the eye of a tornado, even if the atmosphere around you is rather chaotic. The more you experience the <\/span>dissolution of crystallized emotions<\/b>, the more you reconnect with the <\/span>feelings flowing within you<\/b>. Feelings are generated in complete neutrality by the heart, whereas emotions are a construct of the right hemisphere of the brain.<\/span><\/p>

      Even though<\/span> feelings are neutral<\/b>, we feel them deeply, and they always bring their share of <\/span>joy, peace, appreciation, and lightness<\/b>\u2014unlike <\/span>emotions<\/b>, which are polarized and <\/span>conditional on external circumstances<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

      Many people feel that a life lived in neutrality must be insignificant and \u201cdull,\u201d as we say in everyday language. The reality is quite different\u2026 <\/span>we feel sensations with much greater intensity<\/b>, and they fill us from within!<\/span><\/p>

      Let\u2019s raise a toast to the dissolution of emotions!<\/span><\/h5>
