When the Solution Isn\u2019t Where We Think It Is<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Recently, during a \u201ccocktail\u201d workshop, I found myself in front of a beautiful group\u2026 yet deeply entangled.<\/p>

For more than 90 minutes, a few of them were sharing their perspective about someone who wasn\u2019t present. Their words kept going in circles\u2014criticisms, frustrations, misunderstandings, justifications.<\/strong> Each one offered their point of view, trying to \u201cshed light\u201d on the situation\u2026 yet sinking deeper into a downward spiral.<\/strong><\/p>

It was fascinating to witness how the mind, in its attempt to find a way out, was actually closing the door to clarity. As if each new explanation added one more turn on the inner merry-go-round.<\/p>

So, I proposed an interruption. A pause<\/strong>. A moment to\u2026 simply observe what was<\/strong>.<\/p>

In front of me were two glasses: a glass of water<\/strong>\u2014clear, neutral\u2014and a glass of red wine<\/strong>\u2014vibrant, warm.<\/p>

As I often do, I chose to use what was physically present in front of me\u2014simple, ordinary objects on the table\u2014to mirror back what I was sensing from the group.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Spinning in the Glass of Water
<\/strong><\/h5>

I told them: \u201cEverything you\u2019ve just expressed\u2014you\u2019ve poured it into this glass of water. Your thoughts<\/strong>, judgments<\/strong>, scenarios<\/strong>, emotions<\/strong>. And now, you\u2019re all swimming in that glass of water, spinning around<\/strong>, trying to understand, fix, repair.\u201d<\/p>

They laughed, a little surprised, but the metaphor struck a chord.<\/p>

I continued: \u201cYou all want to take a sip from this glass of wine\u2014to feel joy<\/strong>, openness<\/strong>, lightness<\/strong>\u2026 but you don\u2019t know how. Because you\u2019re stuck in<\/em> the water<\/strong>. And as long as you stay there, all you can see is the murky water of emotion, expectation, and polarity.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>

And then came the familiar \u201cyes, but\u2026\u201d<\/p>

Yes, but it\u2019s hard.<\/em>
Yes, but this person did that.<\/em>
Yes, but how can we change things if she doesn\u2019t change?<\/em><\/p>

Sincere attempts, but they all brought the group right back to the bottom of the glass<\/strong>. The mind still wanted to understand. Still looked for a strategy. A logical way out.<\/p>

But what they truly longed for wasn\u2019t in that glass.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Endless Dance of Problems and Solutions
<\/strong><\/h5>

Here\u2019s what\u2019s fascinating: every problem<\/em> naturally attracts its opposite\u2014a solution<\/em><\/strong>. Like two sides of the same coin, one never exists without the other. As soon as we focus on a problem, we summon a solution. But the moment we lock our attention on the solution, a new problem shows up right beside it.<\/p>

It\u2019s an endless loop\u2014nourished by a mind<\/strong> that wants to solve instead of transcending.<\/p>

So, it\u2019s not about eliminating problems or searching for the right solution. It\u2019s about recognizing the mechanism<\/strong> for what it is: a closed mental circuit. And daring to step out of it<\/strong>\u2014not by finding something better, but by rising vibrationally into a space where the issue simply dissolves into new clarity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Invitation to Step Out of the Glass
<\/strong><\/h5>

So, I offered an experience.<\/p>

I invited the group to move through a harmonization from head to heart<\/strong>.<\/p>

We began by relaxing the parts of the body still holding tension. I suggested they welcome the Golden Light\u2014this pure, alive, vibrant frequency.<\/p>

Then, I gently guided them to their Golden Heart. That tiny sacred space. The place where nothing is solved through reasoning\u2026 but everything transforms through Presence<\/strong>.<\/p>

From that space, I called in the person they had been talking about<\/strong>\u2014not as a job title or role in the company, but as a luminous being, free and joyful.<\/strong> I invited them to see her happy, relaxed, radiant. To feel Compassion<\/strong>. Pure Love<\/strong>. Plenitude<\/strong>.<\/p>

Something shifted. The air got lighter. So did their faces. The energy rose<\/strong>.<\/p>

And there was nothing left to fix.
They were deeply moved by what their hearts could now feel<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Naming Things\u2026 Differently
<\/strong><\/h5>

Stepping out of the glass of water doesn\u2019t mean pretending everything is fine. It\u2019s not about denying the disharmony or staying silent in the name of love or peace.<\/p>

Quite the opposite.<\/p>

When we vibrate from the heart, we gain the ability to name what is. To speak the truth of what we feel<\/strong>. To express ourselves with authenticity<\/strong> when a situation is out of alignment. But that expression no longer stems from judgment, wounding, or reactivity. It is infused with genuine Compassion<\/strong>, Presence<\/strong>, and integrity<\/strong>.<\/p>

When we speak from this heart space, what we say is received differently\u2014and can truly invite transformation rather than reinforce separation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Do you feel like you\u2019re in a glass of water right now?<\/p>

Are you spinning in circles looking for a solution\u2026 when the vibration of wine\u2014celebration, unity, elevation\u2014is right beside you?<\/p>

It\u2019s not something to do. It\u2019s a surrender. A soft leaning into the heart.<\/p>

The passage is here. Within you. In every moment.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
