In a world where <\/span>intellect is glorified and thought is considered the ultimate tool for understanding<\/b>, it may seem strange to question its supremacy. And yet…<\/span> thoughts<\/b>, however brilliant they may be, <\/span>cannot go beyond what is already known<\/b>. They rely on memory, analysis, and collective interpretation. <\/span>Consciousness<\/b>, on the other hand, <\/span>arises in the moment<\/b>. It does not seek to understand. It <\/span>knows<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Thoughts: filters of the known and mirrors of society

Human thought<\/b> is shaped, <\/span>structured<\/b>, and validated by our cultural and educational environment. From an early age, <\/span>we learn to think \u201cproperly,\u201d<\/b> to reason according to collective standards, and to interpret the world through the filters that have been passed down to us.<\/span><\/p>

Every thought, even those that seem innovative, is woven into the fabric of the past. It is<\/span> a reaction to experiences<\/b>, a recombination of data that has already been integrated.\u00a0 It evaluates, compares, separates. It operates according to a polarized binary system: <\/span>true\/false, good\/bad, success\/failure.<\/b><\/p>

Above all, it becomes burdensome. It keeps us in <\/span>a state of inner contraction<\/b>, a kind of loop where we go round in circles, seeking peace in mental scenarios that constantly contradict each other.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Consciousness: a global, instantaneous, and vibrant feeling<\/strong><\/h5>

Contrary to popular belief, <\/span>consciousness <\/b>does not involve analysis. It does not cut reality into pieces: it embraces it.<\/span><\/p>

It perceives itself in the <\/span>present moment<\/b>, in the <\/span>resonance of a word<\/b>, a <\/span>silence<\/b>, a <\/span>presence<\/b>. It flows through the entire body\u2014not to <\/span>explain<\/span><\/i>, but to <\/span>reveal<\/span><\/i>. It unites what the intellect separates. It does not seek to understand… <\/span>it invites us to feel<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

When consciousness is activated, the mind naturally falls silent. Not because we fight it, but because its function is simply no longer necessary at that precise moment. What is perceived cannot be put into words: <\/span>it is experienced in the purity of the moment<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Understanding with the head vs. feeling with the body<\/strong><\/h5>

The mind seeks answers. The body accepts reality.<\/span><\/p>

Understanding is <\/span>translating an experience into mental language<\/b>. Feeling is allowing the experience to vibrate in every cell of our body, without trying to name it.<\/span><\/p>

When we limit ourselves to thinking, we cut ourselves off from our multidimensionality. But <\/span>when we feel, we open the door to a much broader<\/b>, organic, intuitive knowledge that does not depend on any external model. This is what I call the <\/span>wisdom of the heart at work!<\/b><\/p>

It is in this feeling <\/span>that true peace settles in<\/b>. Not as an idea, but as a state of fulfillment that does not fluctuate, even in the midst of chaos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

When the mind becomes an ally of consciousness\n<\/strong><\/h5>\nThe mind<\/b> is not something to be rejected. <\/span>It becomes a valuable tool <\/b>when it begins to collaborate with consciousness. When it stops imposing and starts decoding what the heart whispers. When it accepts that it does not hold the truth, but that <\/span>it can accompany its expression.<\/b>\n\nBy letting <\/span>consciousness <\/b>guide our actions, decisions, and perceptions, <\/span>we move from a reactive mode to a creative stance<\/b>. We no longer react from the known: we <\/span>create<\/span><\/i> from the vibrant unknown.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Take a moment, right now.<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Sit comfortably<\/b>. Close your eyes. And breathe.

    <\/span><\/li>
  2. Breathe <\/b>in deeply… and breathe out slowly.

    <\/span><\/li>
  3. Now <\/span>imagine <\/b>that each of your thoughts is a small stone that you are carrying in a bag on your shoulders. Perhaps you can feel the bag… its weight… its density.

    <\/span><\/li>
  4. Now… imagine that you are placing it on the ground. You no longer need it at this moment. <\/span>Allow yourself to feel<\/b>. To experience. To exist… without analyzing.

    <\/span><\/li>
  5. Bring your attention on your chest… then your belly… then your legs. <\/span>Feel the life flowing through you<\/b>.

  6. With each breath<\/b>, your thoughts calm down. Your feelings deepen. And in this vibrant silence… something greater than yourself begins to emerge.

    Thoughts <\/b>make <\/span>noise<\/b>. <\/span>Consciousness whispers<\/b>. It does not seek to convince or control. It invites you to an intimate encounter with what is alive, right now.<\/span><\/p>

    By daring to disidentify yourself from collective thoughts, by allowing <\/span>yourself to feel the presence of consciousness<\/b> throughout your entire being, you enter into a state of <\/span>freedom from the past and from expectations.<\/b><\/p>

    It is a gentle, simple, and powerful choice. The choice to stop searching… and to allow yourself to be found.<\/span><\/p>
