The turmoil outside and the invitation within<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>

For some time now, we have been collectively experiencing an intensification of contrasts. Conflicts are erupting, opinions are clashing, mistrust is setting in. And in this polarized atmosphere, many sensitive people are feeling a sense of disillusionment. Some ask me:<\/p>

\u201cIs there really any point in working on myself when everything around me seems to be falling apart?\u201d
<\/strong><\/p>

And I understand them. I also hear this question echoing in the collective space. However, here is my answer\u2026<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Revealing oneself rather than self-correcting<\/strong><\/h5>

I no longer encourage people to \u201cwork on themselves\u201d to become better. I suggest something else: let yourself be revealed.<\/strong><\/p>

We all carry within us a gem, a core of purity, love, and wisdom that has never been broken or diminished. The only \u201cwork,\u201d if there is any, is that of conscious breathing<\/strong>, of returning to oneself, of inner silence that allows this gem to emerge effortlessly.<\/p>

Why seek to \u201cimprove\u201d what is already perfect in its essence? Let me be clear: I am not talking about mental perfection, the kind that the mind projects and the ego covets. I am talking about the perfection of the wisdom of the heart<\/strong>, the vibrational accuracy of every moment lived in the Presence.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Eye of the Tornado: Living in Peace Amidst Chaos<\/strong><\/h5>

Even when the tornado is raging, there is a space of calm… a center… an eye.<\/p>

That eye is our open heart<\/strong>, our position in the present moment. That is where I position myself when everything seems to be in turmoil around me. I don’t try to escape the turmoil. I don’t deny it. But I choose not to identify with it.<\/strong><\/p>

And that changes everything.<\/p>

Loving Humanity deeply, even when it is confused, aggressive, or closed off, is not a utopia. It is a conscious choice<\/strong>. An act of Compassion. Loving does not mean excusing. Loving means recognizing that even behind destructive behavior there is unacknowledged suffering<\/strong>, a crystallized memory, a protective layer… which may one day melt away under the warmth of a nonjudgmental gaze.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
A vibrational response, not a mental struggle<\/strong><\/h5>

I don’t fight against chaos. I choose the vibration<\/strong> with which I will respond to it. And it is this response that transforms my reality.<\/p>

I have seen closed faces soften when met with open embrace, without judgment. I have seen hearts covered with layers of fear gently crack under the light of a loving gaze.<\/p>

And even when it is not visible on the surface, I know that something is being touched, beyond the visible<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

It’s not selfish to live in your heart<\/strong><\/h5>

I sometimes hear people say, \u201cYes, but most people don\u2019t want to change. They\u2019re selfish. So what\u2019s the point?\u201d<\/p>

To that, I respond:
Do we plant a flower so that everyone can look at it, or simply because it has the right to exist and beautify the world by its mere presence?<\/strong><\/p>

Living from the heart is not about imposing a path. It’s about offering a vibration<\/strong>. It’s about creating a field, a space, a frequency that can inspire without convincing. And that changes everything.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tHarmonization: Peaceful strength in the face of adversity<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Here is an invitation to cultivate this gentle strength<\/strong>, this stable peace in apparent instability:<\/p>

  1. Sit comfortably <\/strong>in a quiet space. Close your eyes.
    <\/strong><\/li>
  2. Breathe in deeply <\/strong>through your nose, bringing your attention to the center of your chest.
    <\/strong><\/li>
  3. Breathe out slowly <\/strong>through your mouth, releasing all tension.<\/li>
  4. Welcome a soft golden light around you, <\/strong>like the eye of a hurricane. This circle is not a barrier. It is a field of peace vibrating around you.
    <\/strong><\/li>
  5. With each breath, feel the connection to the peace available<\/strong> within you expand.<\/li>
  6. Feel <\/strong>this field of peace grow and include everything around you, without exclusion, without judgment.<\/li>
  7. Stay for a few moments<\/strong> in this union between yourself, your environment, and the vibration of peace… then gently open your eyes.<\/li><\/ol>

    Practice this harmonization whenever you feel agitation or confusion approaching. It will bring you back to your center.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    We all have the opportunity to become beacons<\/strong>, not by shouting louder than the tumult, but by standing tall, radiant, peaceful, and clear. Not perfect according to the world’s standards, but true<\/strong> to our essence.<\/p>

    Yes, it is worth the Joy<\/strong> to continue to reveal ourselves. Even if everything seems to be falling apart on the outside. For the heart has never been so ready to shine fully.<\/p>

    And if you still doubt… remember that Pure Love does not wait for the world to change to shine. It is already there<\/strong>, within you.<\/p>
