For Sylvie, it all began with a family tragedy. Her separation from her husband had led to a serious illness in her daughter. Faced with uncertainty and despair, the mentor plunged into the study of energy systems and the links between beliefs, emotions and physical health. After years of research and practice, Sylvie discovered that ingrained beliefs and unexpressed or unprocessed emotions can crystallize in the body, causing physical imbalances. It was a revelation that prompted her to turn to mentoring to help humanity free itself from these crystallizations and reconnect to the feeling of the heart.<\/p>
