By becoming aware of our invisible vibrational signal<\/strong>, we are able to change its frequency<\/strong> and thereby change the concrete elements that make up our daily lives<\/strong> – whether in terms of harmony in our relationships<\/strong>, physical and mental vitality<\/strong> to accomplish our projects<\/strong>, or prosperity<\/strong> in all areas, including our finances.<\/p>

Let’s take the example of an invisible thought<\/strong> that is subject to the negative and positive frequencies<\/strong> of the polarized hemispheres of the brain. This thought frequently oscillates between the two, very often creating confusion<\/strong> and doubt<\/strong>, manifesting itself in concrete events in our lives, which seem to vindicate the doubt.<\/p>

However, when this same thought vibrates at the frequency of the qualities of the heart<\/strong>, such as love<\/strong>, appreciation<\/strong>, peace<\/strong> and lightness<\/strong>, it will manifest events representing these qualities in our lives.<\/p>

By choosing to make the journey from the head to the heart<\/strong>, we become conscious cocreators<\/strong> rather than sufferers of external conditions, and our vibrational signal has a greater reach, both for ourselves and for those around us.<\/p>

1. Provide a work environment that is conducive to a head-to-heart journey, for both you and your employees.<\/strong><\/p>

4. Understand the impact of each person’s vibrational signal.

5. Become aware of the impact of judgment and choose Compassion and Appreciation.

Recognize the devastating impact of judgment on ourselves and others<\/strong>, and practice non-judgment by connecting to the power of compassion, which recognizes the situation as it is, without judgments or expectations.<\/em><\/p>

Compassion<\/strong> is love in action<\/strong> and it allows us to recognize the situation as it is<\/strong>. There is no associated judgment. It invites us to live in complete freedom. As long as there is judgment or fear of judgment, we are not free.<\/em><\/p>

Please note that there is an important distinction<\/strong> to consider between judgment<\/strong> and fact<\/strong>. When there is judgment, the object of that judgment disturbs us, whereas when we watch, we simply see the facts, without judging them, and they have no impact on our state of being.<\/em><\/p>

What’s more, cultivating an appreciation of each moment<\/strong>, without judgment, brings a sense of well-being, which in turn offers us a more pleasant and prosperous life.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Introduce the use of the Cycle of Creation and its 4 quadrants in all projects to increase productivity and profitability.

Initiate the introduction of the Cycle of Creation chart<\/strong> by being aware of the impact of beliefs and emotions on all projects, circulating them through its 4 quadrants: Receive<\/strong> – Decode<\/strong> – Share<\/strong> – Manifest<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>

Absolutely everything on the planet passes through this Cycle of Creation<\/strong>, whether it’s nature itself, a project, the construction of a building, the writing of a book or simply the birth of a child.<\/em><\/p>

Receive
<\/strong>Just as the earth RECEIVES<\/strong> seed in spring, we receive inspiration to cocreate various projects.<\/em><\/p>

Decode
<\/strong>Once the seed is firmly planted in the soil, it begins to germinate. Germination is the result of DECODING<\/strong>, which occurs naturally when the soil has sufficient water and nutrients in the form of fertilizer. As humans, decoding means letting inspiration germinate, so that we can write down the essence of the project in a few clear sentences.
<\/em><\/p>

Share<\/strong><\/em>
Sharing represents the emergence of a tiny stem that we see growing. At this stage, the stem emerging from the earth is fragile. It can easily be trampled underfoot. It’s the same for us. We can feel vulnerable when we share our inspirations. That’s why it’s important to breathe deeply and have sufficient clarity before SHARING<\/strong>.
<\/em><\/p>

Manifest
<\/strong>The stem has become a flower, shrub, vegetable, fruit or other element of nature. This is the quadrant of maturity. MANIFESTATION<\/strong> is the quadrant where we see the fruition of the project – or part of the project. It’s a time for celebration, recognition and festivity.<\/em><\/p>
