For those of you currently learning to live in neutrality<\/strong>, you may experience different sensations<\/strong>, whether physical<\/strong>, emotional<\/strong> or mental<\/strong>. It’s only natural to have these experiences, as they’re part of the calibration steps.<\/p>

Each cycle of expansion in neutrality is made up of 3 distinct steps<\/strong>:<\/p>

  • Elevation<\/li>
  • Calibration<\/li>
  • Integration<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    Let’s take them individually now to clarify their purpose and effects.<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    When our vibratory frequency rises<\/strong>, it prepares the physical body to free itself from contractions<\/strong> stemming mainly from mental archives<\/strong> and emotions crystallized<\/strong> in the nervous and glandular systems<\/strong>, and return to its natural state. Our cells have access to greater fluidity to carry out all the exchanges between them, stimulating the organs and various systems to optimize their efficiency towards optimum<\/strong> health. Please note that mental archives are made up of beliefs, limits and perceptions.<\/p>

    Most of the time during a phase of elevation<\/strong>, we feel a surge of joy<\/strong>, well-being<\/strong> and peace<\/strong>. Part of us recognizes the natural state of this higher vibrational frequency, and our breathing deepens<\/strong> of its own accord. Our physical body straightens up<\/strong>, and a sparkle<\/strong> settles within us, emanating through our eyes<\/strong>.<\/p>

    For some of us who are more sensitive<\/strong> to sensations, the rise in our vibration can be felt intensely throughout our body, temporarily destabilizing us<\/strong>.<\/p>

    In summary, this is what the elevation step is all about, and its effects are generally quite soothing and pleasant, even if they are short-lived at the beginning of the expansion cycle experience. It’s often a step when we become curious and choose to open up to a new experience.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Calibration, on the other hand, is rather active and destabilizing<\/strong>! This is the period when debris and residues<\/strong> from mental archives and crystallized emotions begin to move<\/strong>, to be dissolved and expelled from the body. It’s therefore a rather unpleasant step<\/strong>, as all kinds of reactions can occur.<\/p>

    Physical calibration<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    At this step, the body often requires more rest<\/strong> in order to do its “work”… In its innate intelligence, the body knows how to do the cleansing<\/strong>. By allowing it to rest and being gentle with itself, it will proceed to dissolve and evacuate these mental and emotional “toxins”<\/strong> fairly quickly.<\/p>

    However, we’ve been so programmed<\/strong> to make the body follow the mind’s instructions to the letter<\/strong>, that we rarely offer<\/strong> it this all-important rest<\/strong>. Instead, the famous performance pattern often resurfaces<\/strong>, and instead of resting<\/strong>, we tend to want to go all out<\/strong> to achieve our famous goals!!!!<\/p>

    And that’s when we slow down the cleansing process<\/strong> and hinder the body’s innate intelligence. What’s more, by feeding the mental archives<\/strong> with the performance pattern<\/strong>, we amplify them<\/strong>, crystallizing emotions again in our bodies, creating an endless circle leading us<\/strong> again and again towards discouragement<\/strong>, only to believe that we have to work even harder<\/strong> to make our dreams come true<\/strong>. So we need to rest to regain our strength to fight and overcome the obstacles supposedly sent our way by life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    However, by choosing to welcome dissolutions<\/strong> peacefully instead of trying to confront them, we allow the body to release itself much more quickly<\/strong>. As a result, the effects of calibration are less intense<\/strong> and less protracted. We dance with the Universe instead of fighting it<\/strong>.<\/p>

    As far as the physical body is concerned, it’s perfectly natural to feel a great deal of fatigue<\/strong> during calibration, as well as muscle and joint aches and pains<\/strong>. Some will also experience headaches<\/strong>, nausea<\/strong> and even a cold<\/strong>. The body will use the emunctories (outlets) most conducive to evacuating dissolved residues.<\/p>

    Of course, if these discomforts persist<\/strong>, we invite you to consult a health professional<\/strong>. We are neither \u201cfor\u201d nor \u201cagainst\u201d the use of methods that can assist you. On the contrary, if traditional or alternative methods provide relief<\/strong>, they will assist you in complete neutrality, rather than fighting in duality while suffering.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Mental calibration
    <\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    At the mental level, confusion<\/strong> and a feeling of numbness often sets in, because during a major clearing<\/strong>, we stir up dust… Think of it as the equivalent of pulling up a carpet<\/strong> under which we’ve been gathering dust for several years<\/strong>. When you suddenly lift it, the dust rises and seems to invade the room, until the particles settle to be removed, or leave the room through the windows.<\/p>

    It also happens quite regularly that a pattern of resistance rises up<\/strong>. The head wants nothing more and closes itself<\/strong> off to almost anything new. It resists<\/strong>, rebels<\/strong>, gets angry<\/strong> or sticks to its guns for a while.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Emotional calibration
    <\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    Emotionally, it’s very similar… we may become more emotional<\/strong>, for no apparent reason. Some will feel discouraged and cut off from their feelings<\/strong>, while others will feel like they’re exploding under pressure<\/strong> similar to a bottle of champagne.<\/p>

    Some will cry without knowing why<\/strong>. This crying is very beneficial, as it assists the release of crystallized emotions<\/strong>. Others will experience uncontrollable outbursts of anger, rising up from the depths of their often repressed experiences.<\/p>

    In short, each of us has our own unique experience of calibration<\/strong>. What is certain, however, is that when we open up and let ourselves be brought along by the Universe, this step shortens considerably. It becomes much lighter and more fluid, and we prepare to integrate more quickly, gracefully and easily.<\/p>

    The purpose of calibration is to cleanse us of anything that no longer vibrates at the new vibratory frequency we welcomed during the first step, that of elevation. It’s the Universe at play, assisting us in releasing contractions so that we can integrate and welcome fluidity and simplicity in all areas of our lives.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Integration is the step when we feel the solidity of this new vibration<\/strong> in our body. A solidity experienced with fluidity and lightness<\/strong>… the rigidity of contractions disappears, a new space is created<\/strong> and our horizons open up considerably.<\/p>

    This is the step when we SEE the resources available<\/strong> and welcome them<\/strong>. These resources were already present before<\/strong>, but we couldn’t see them<\/strong>, due to the filters created by the mental archives and crystallized emotions that considerably weigh down our bodies. Our body, being a conduit for our Essence, reconnects with its innate faculties and functions with fluidity and harmony.<\/p>

    The purpose of integration is to stabilize and harmonize this vibrational frequency within us, in order to create a space to welcome, with grace and ease, all the treasures, gifts and resources the Universe has in store for us!<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

      The beauty of the cycle of expansion is that it’s constantly renewing itself. The Universe is always expanding<\/strong>, as are our bodies and all areas of our lives<\/strong>.<\/p>

      So I invite you to let yourself be rocked through the 3 steps of each expansion cycle<\/strong> you experience. After a while, you’ll see just how precise the Universe is, and how it ALWAYS <\/strong>knows what it’s doing… far beyond what the mind would have us believe.<\/p>

      The cognitive mind has a limited vision<\/strong> of the opportunities that gravitate around us, whereas the Universe<\/strong>, of which we are a unique facet, continually guides us<\/strong> and offers us extraordinary experiences<\/strong>, asking us to transcend the very notion of limits<\/strong>… until we are in osmosis with the Universe and can live the highest expression of our uniqueness<\/strong>, in the body we now inhabit.<\/p>
