Ahhhh PERFECTION!!!<\/strong> Oh, how we seek it<\/strong> and desperately want to feel the gratifying state of being that comes with it<\/strong>, do we not?<\/p>

As exhilarating as it may be, this state of being is ephemeral<\/strong>. It needs to feed off of even more perfection to survive<\/strong>, so unbeknownst to us, we enter an endless cycle of wanting to perform<\/strong>, always more and more, to finally… FINALLY… feel that intoxicating sensation.<\/p>

And yet, this unending quest<\/strong> for perfection that the egoic structure has created<\/strong> ensnares us in its web where we become its prisoners<\/strong>. Every day we want more<\/strong> because we’ve become addicted to the rush<\/strong> of sensations, adrenaline, and energy that flows through us. So we develop a growing<\/strong> dependency<\/strong>, day after day, without realizing it<\/strong>, and when we don’t feel it, we struggle.<\/p>

Is there any other way?<\/strong> Is it within our reach to feel a state of calm<\/strong>, profound peace<\/strong>, joy of living<\/strong>, enthusiasm<\/strong>, as well as plenitude and prosperity<\/strong>, without everything being “perfect” such as the ego demands?<\/p>

The answer to these questions is a resounding YES!<\/strong> It’s all about embracing the PERFECTION of the Heart<\/strong> that absolutely welcomes all experiences as complete<\/strong>, whole<\/strong> and perfect<\/strong> just as they are… ditto for us as humans. We’re already “perfect.” Maybe not in the way the ego that programmed the mind would have us believe. However, it’s so freeing to reconnect to that inner power within<\/strong> ALL of us that paves the way for us to return to the essence of the Ultimate Lifestyle<\/strong>.<\/p>

This Ultimate Lifestyle is<\/strong> simple<\/strong> yet so rewarding<\/strong> and inspiring<\/strong>! No matter where we are, who we’re with, or what our current life circumstances are, we are FREE to express our True Appreciation<\/strong> for the immense privilege of living the human experience<\/strong> in a body on the planet.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Simply opening our eyes in the morning<\/strong> expresses unparalleled perfection! Our body has taken care of all the required functions during our sleep, isn’t it wonderful<\/strong>?<\/p>

As for myself, every morning when I awake, I feel such deep appreciation and gratitude for being alive<\/strong>… for having access to all the senses<\/strong> that awaken at the same time as me!<\/p>

When I open my eyes<\/strong>, I can see all the shapes<\/strong>, the nuances of color<\/strong>, and the materials<\/strong> that shape Bernard’s and my room. Then I hear<\/strong>… or actually, I should specify that everything happens simultaneously<\/strong> when accessing what I call the Essence of the Senses<\/strong>. But for all practical purposes, to write these words, I have to list them one after the other, suggesting that linear time controls my experiences. However, that is not the case!<\/p>

My eyes<\/strong>, my ears<\/strong>, my nose<\/strong>, my taste buds<\/strong>, and my skin<\/strong> all activate<\/strong> at the same time… at the PRESENT MOMENT<\/strong> when my consciousness welcomes them<\/strong>. This is PERFECTION at work<\/strong>!<\/p>

As a society, we’ve forgotten the richness of these successive PRESENT MOMENTS<\/strong>. We’ve given our power to a frenzied pace<\/strong> to achieve our goals and we’ve become the undeniable prisoners<\/strong> of linear time<\/strong>: past – present – future.<\/p>

It’s quite comical given that the purpose of goals<\/strong> is to feel the sensations of PERFECTION<\/strong> already available and accessible by simply opening our eyes in the morning! Isn’t it fascinating that we run most of our lives<\/strong> to be loved<\/strong>, recognized<\/strong>, prosperous<\/strong>, and abundant<\/strong> when absolutely EVERYTHING is already available<\/strong>?<\/p>

The fact that we are alive right now is our BIRTHRIGHT<\/strong> to experience our Ultimate Lifestyle<\/strong> and the only thing we need to “do” is to recognize this fact<\/strong>… to realize that we are very powerful co-creators<\/strong> and that everything we manifest in our lives comes from choices, conscious or unconscious<\/strong>, that shape our vibrational signal<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

It’s important to clarify that the “quest” energy sends a vibrational signal of lack<\/strong> into the universe. This signal connects<\/strong> to similar frequencies of lack and scarcity<\/strong> and returns to us, multiplied<\/strong> with the same energy.<\/p>

Therefore, the more we search<\/strong>, the more we invite experiences of lack to visit us<\/strong> and take on expansion in our lives.<\/p>

Here are a few other things to think about :<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tHave we come to manifest lack and scarcity?<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIs it possible that the reason for our existence is to Appreciate our human experience through the Essence of the Senses at their highest potential?<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCan we explore together the possibility that the vibration of PLENITUDE is what we came to experience?<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    I invite you to take the first step towards this Return to the Essence of the Ultimate Lifestyle<\/strong> and to question perfection<\/strong> as you’ve always perceived it.<\/p>

    Is the quest for more “worth” all the effort, discomfort, discouragement, time, hard work, and energy required to get there?<\/strong><\/p>

    I invite you to reread the box in the previous paragraphs<\/strong> and take a pause<\/strong>. A real PAUSE<\/strong> without any external stimuli and FEEL the answer to these questions<\/strong>. Not the immediate responses in your head… but rather the answers you feel inside yourself<\/strong> that you know are the truth. Know that there are no right or wrong answers… there is only each person’s unique experience<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Following your pause<\/strong>, when you feel sufficiently settled, continue reading<\/strong> to deepen your choice and continue the journey with me… \u263a<\/p>

    And now, here’s another question for you…<\/p>

    What if we made a new choice together through us, for us, and for Humanity?<\/strong><\/p>

    What if we were to choose to look at the desire for perfection for what it really is?<\/strong><\/em> A bottomless pit<\/strong> constantly sucking us into a “quicksand”<\/strong> type of energy, causing us to continuously question ourselves and, above all, to be afraid of the judgment<\/strong> of others.<\/p>

    This is another vital element, isn’t it? Do you ever feel at peace with your life as it is<\/strong>, and as soon as you see a glimmer of judgment<\/strong> or questioning in someone else’s eyes<\/strong>, you feel like you can’t live up to that perfection? Regardless of the area of your life: love, family, friendship, work, health, beauty, youth, finances, etc. If this is the case, I invite you to do a brief repositioning exercise<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Take a piece of paper<\/strong> and write down all the reasons<\/strong> why you still give your power to another person<\/strong>… all the reasons why you allow others to live YOUR life instead of you.<\/p>

    Once you’ve listed all the reasons, read each one at a time<\/strong> aloud if possible-and feel the degree of heaviness for each<\/strong>. Rate each one on a scale of 1 to 10<\/strong>.
    1 being the least burdensome and 10 being the most burdensome.<\/em><\/p>

    • How do you feel when you look at the numbers written down?<\/strong><\/li>
    • Remember, there are no wrong answers or feelings… be authentic with how you feel.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      It’s now time to take a stand<\/strong><\/h5>\n

      No matter what your choice is<\/strong>. There is no judgment here<\/strong>. If, for now, your choice is to continue<\/strong> to adjust to receive recognition from others, so be it! And if you are ready to choose<\/strong> to free yourself from societal pressure, so be it!<\/p>\n

      For my part, I made this last choice several years ago, and the degree of Compassion I feel for Humanity<\/strong> has multiplied exponentially. I’m talking about genuine Compassion that comes from the heart<\/strong> and not from a form of pity or arrogance. There is a distinct difference between the two. This Compassion<\/strong> that I feel profoundly is combined with the Pure Love that flows through me, in me, and for Humanity<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

      Judgment is impossible<\/strong> when we are free from the never-ending quest for perfection<\/strong> and performance<\/strong>. It is such a profound feeling of freedom<\/strong>… for me, this feeling is so much more intoxicating than any form of perfection from the mind that’s never satisfied or is only ephemerally satisfied.<\/p>\n

      In any case, the Universe is constantly in expansion<\/strong>. It, therefore, offers us a model to follow. This is the one I have chosen and continue to experience daily.<\/p>\n

      I realized many years ago that P<\/b>LENITUDE is the only thing that exists<\/strong> and that this vibration influences Abundance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      We can create an abundance of prosperity<\/strong> or an abundance of scarcity<\/strong>. The quest leads us to constantly live and relive the experience of a dead end, therefore of lack and scarcity, while Plenitude gives us access to an abundance of Universal Prosperity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      We ALL have a choice<\/strong>! Everyone’s choice is always the highest in potential when it is made<\/strong>… and as humans, we have the opportunity to reposition ourselves as often as needed.<\/p>\n

      With all my heart, I wish you to LIVE a life that fills your HEART<\/strong> daily!<\/p>\n
