Now that you are more aware of the insidious influence of judgment in your life, as well as the lightness, fluidity, and simplicity that Compassion offers you, I invite you to delve into the essence of duality in order to understand its pitfalls, and that of neutrality in order to live in complete freedom.<\/span><\/p>

This is a subject that may seem subtle at first glance. Until we are aware of its effects in our lives, we do not grasp the difference. Or, we may well believe that this is the way life is and that we have no choice but to live with the consequences of duality. However, the depth of the experience of duality and neutrality, as well as all their ramifications in our lives, are very real and tangible. It is absolutely possible to remain in a state of neutrality and welcome a life that is so enriching, prosperous, and fun. All we need to do is be aware of this, make different choices, and be willing to open ourselves up to receiving ideas that go beyond mass consciousness.<\/span><\/p>

So, I suggest we take a concrete example of a situation that I often talk about during workshops or retreats, going even deeper into the different nuances of a slice of life of a woman and a young man.<\/span><\/p>

The nuances I am referring to here represent the various vibrational frequencies created by the thoughts and emotions experienced by our characters. \u263a<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A slice of life lived in duality<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
The Single Mother<\/strong><\/h5>

Let’s take the example of a single mother who drives her children to daycare in the morning, stressed by all the ups and downs of life and all the tasks she has to perform during the day, both at work and at home.<\/span><\/p>

Constantly judging herself for everything that does not meet her expectations or those of society, she unconsciously activates her mental archives\u2014which are in fact the beliefs she has accepted consciously or unconsciously\u2014and the emotions crystallized within her as a result of so much restraint in order to meet the expectations of society, her employer, and her family.<\/span><\/p>

In doing so, this vibration of self-judgment, discouragement, powerlessness, and even anger swirls downward and creates experiences of limitations, contractions, obstacles, and difficulties.<\/span><\/p>

The Young Man in the Cap<\/span><\/p>

On the other hand, let’s take a young man, also stressed by his lifestyle, his uncertainties, and his unanswered questions, using speed to fill his need for adrenaline and to counteract a frustration and a feeling of rebellion that is constantly simmering beneath the surface.<\/span><\/p>

For his part, he also judges himself very harshly, even if he does not share this openly. He is regularly told by his loved ones, his employer, or society that he will not succeed in life, that he is not responsible, and therefore does not deserve the success he so desires.<\/span><\/p>

These thoughts create emotions in him that he tries to push away, without success, hence his need to escape through speed, for example. Of course, other means of releasing pressure can also be used, such as alcohol and drugs.<\/span><\/p>

The Encounter Between the Woman and the Young Man<\/span><\/p>

One morning, they are both on the road in different areas, feeling the weight of stress caused by this daily self-judgment that is becoming increasingly heavy. Then, at a certain point, their paths cross and they collide.<\/span><\/p>

What is the first reaction of most people?<\/span><\/i><\/p>

To consider the lady a victim of the situation and the young man a reckless fool, right?<\/span><\/p>

Whereas on a vibrational level, they met during an energetic rendezvous. Indeed, in duality\/polarity, molecules vibrating at the same frequency inevitably meet.<\/span><\/p>

When these two beings found themselves on the road at the same time and their vibrational signals emitted a similar vibration, they met in the form of a collision, which also vibrated at a similar frequency.<\/span><\/p>

This is what I call an energetic rendezvous!!!<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Another avenue is open to you<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I now offer you another avenue. An approach of neutrality that comes from connecting to the heart! In this neutrality, we literally transcend polarity and access the very nature of our Essence.<\/span><\/p>

How do we do that, you may ask? Well, to begin with, it is very important to recognize what you are experiencing and to welcome it by allowing yourself to feel the various emotions that come to the surface. And above all, to BREATHE through the sensations you feel.<\/span><\/p>

Let’s take the example of an iceberg, where most of its surface area is below the surface, invisible but very real, while only a small percentage is above the surface, visible to all.<\/span><\/p>

Living in duality means pushing away with all our might the invisible part, which we consider negative, even trying to convince ourselves that it has no influence on our lives. This part is created by beliefs, patterns of thought and behavior learned for survival, as well as crystallized emotions.<\/span><\/p>

So even if we try to deny, push away, or circumvent them, they will always be present and will have a major impact on all areas of our lives. We will have to make constant efforts to remain on the surface, considered positive, and do everything we can to survive in a world of endless competition. This lifestyle exists, of course, but it is draining and exhausting.<\/span><\/p>

Living in neutrality, on the other hand, means welcoming EVERYTHING that is, without judging an experience as positive or negative… it means swimming and diving into the heart of life, both the visible and invisible parts. It means living with the wonder and curiosity of a child, while having the maturity of a fully conscious adult. It is opening oneself to a life of complete freedom, lightness, simplicity, fluidity, and abundance in absolutely every area of our lives.<\/span><\/p>

What is required to live this Ultimate Lifestyle? The courage and willingness to dive into the unknown, to experiment, to see, to feel, to hear new ideas and to put them into practice in order to experience them for ourselves and ultimately integrate them into our daily lives.<\/span><\/p>

This is not only possible and available… but accessible to everyone!<\/span><\/p>

And it is from this space of neutrality that we access true Compassion.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In the previous example, the woman could very well have the same type of experience but without judging herself, by being totally open and compassionate towards herself. This would generate experiences that vibrate at an increasingly high frequency, transforming her lifestyle by offering her different choices through opportunities for freedom, lightness, simplicity, and fluidity in all aspects of her life.<\/span><\/p>

The same goes for the young man… even if he regularly hears judgments about his future and his abilities, by diving into the neutrality of his heart, he would have access to compassion for himself. He would be much more peaceful and in harmony and would no longer need to use speed as an escape from excess pressure.<\/span><\/p>

In this space of neutrality, we are no longer talking about energetic encounters brought about by the Law of Attraction, but rather about welcoming all the resources that the Universe makes available to us, in complete neutrality. We are talking instead about co-creation. In this experience, the vibrational signal of the lady and the young man would have vibrated at a much higher frequency, so if there had been an encounter, it would have been peaceful and pleasant instead of generating a collision.<\/span><\/p>

You can now see that experiences lived in this neutrality always lead us to lighter, more fluid, harmonious, and abundant experiences because this is the very nature of the Universe, and we open ourselves to receiving EVERYTHING.<\/span><\/p>

I wish you to welcome ALL that is available to you… all these magnificent gifts and treasures that the Universe makes available to you. Living in neutrality is the key to accessing them!<\/span><\/p>
